In September 2022 SI Costa del Sol signed a new 2-year contract with Mijas Union Basket, renewing our sponsorship of the club’s girls’ basketball team.
September 2020
On the 9th of September 2020 SI Costa del Sol signed a 2-year contract with Mijas Union Basket, confirming our sponsorship of the first girls’ basketball team of the club. We will work together over these two years promoting and supporting each other.
In November we had the pleasure of meeting our girls for the first time. What a joy to see them wearing their uniforms with the Soroptimist insignia, hearing the 1-2-3 Soroptimist cheer! We are proud to be their sponsors and are looking forward to cheering them on and seeing their development. We believe that sports bring people together and make working as a team the norm and not the exception. Looking at the pictures you can just feel the positive energy, which we all need at the moment.
